Registration within the EAEU
In accordance with the Agreement of May 29, 2014, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation established the Eurasian Economic Union. On January 1, 2015, the Treaty on the Establishment of the EAEU entered into force. On January 2, 2015, Armenia officially joined the EAEU. On August 12, 2015, the Agreement on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) entered into force. Articles 30 and 31 of the Agreement are devoted to the principles of forming a common market of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment in the EEC.
The functioning of the common market of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment will be carried out in accordance with international treaties: Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Goals and objectives of the Eurasian Economic Union The purpose of the EAEU is to provide conditions for the stable development of the economies of the member states in the interests of improving the living standards of their population, comprehensive modernization, cooperation and increasing the competitiveness of national economies in the global economy.
Основными задачами ЕАЭС являются:
• Формирование общего финансового рынка;
• Установление общих правил торговли товарами и услугами и их доступа на внутренние рынки;
• Содействие обеспечению потребности экономики в рабочей силе стран ЕАЭС;
• Создание общей унифицированной системы таможенного регулирования;
• Создание равных условий для производственной и предпринимательской деятельности;
• Формирование общего рынка транспортных услуг;
• Создание общего энергетического пространства;
• Формирование системы коллективной безопасности, модернизации, инновационном развитии и повышении конкурентоспособности ее отраслей
• Обеспечение свободного передвижения граждан государств ЕАЭС внутри Сообщества и др.;
