The certificate of origin of goods of the form "CT-KZ" is issued, certified and issued for goods subjected to sufficient processing in accordance with the criteria of sufficient processing of goods and exported from the territory of special economic zones and from free warehouses to the rest of the customs territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as manufactured and sold in the customs territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The certificate of origin of goods of the form ST-KZ is issued for the internal circulation of products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or is issued for the list of declared goods intended for registration in the register of domestic producers, participation in tenders and public procurement.
To obtain a certificate of origin of the goods, the applicant provides documents confirming the origin of the goods in accordance with the List regulated by regulatory documents. However, the expert auditor has the right to request additional documents if the documents provided by the applicant are not sufficient to determine the status of origin of the goods.
