Disinfectants, according to Section II of the Unified List of Goods Subject to sanitary and epidemiological Supervision (control) at the customs border and the Customs Territory of the Customs Union, approved by By the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 dated May 28, 2010, the Certificates of state registration of the Customs Union (Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan) are subject to state registration and registration.
Dietary supplements are subject to mandatory state registration. The state registration/ re-registration of dietary supplements in our republic is carried out by the Public Health Protection Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The necessary conditions for dietary supplements subject to registration are the presence of a label, instructions with the necessary information for the consumer:
- Product name, release form;
- Manufacturer's trademark (if available);
- Information about the ingredient composition with an indication of the exact amount (grams, milligrams, milliliters, percentage ratio) of the components included in them, nutritional value (energy value, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and trace elements, indicating the percentage of the physiological daily requirement, amino acid composition, content of biologically active substances) ;
- Information about the properties of biologically active food additives, their name, recommendations for use;
- The name of the regulatory document, the requirements of which must comply with biologically active food additives;
- Name (brand name), location (legal address) of the manufacturer, packer and packer (if the manufacturer is not simultaneously a packer, packer);
